Rent the Town Hall
The daily rental rate is $100 for township residents and $250 for non-township residents. A $25 application fee and $250 deposit is also required. Click here to view the new rental policy and application. For complete information contact Leroy Clausen, Township Clerk (see below).
The Town Hall is approximately 1600 square feet plus kitchen. Food may be brought in and liquor is allowed. Time to get into the building is negotiable.

Rent the Park Shelter
Sweeney Park is the signature park within the Township, located at the northwest corner of County Road 91 and 230th St. It features a playground, open shelter, and a disc golf course.
The daily rate is $75. No deposit is required to rent the park.
Motorized vehicles are not allowed in Sweeney Park.
